Role as Business Advisor
The dynamics of executive teams can be complex; outside, confidential facilitation can really help team members “open up” and put it on the table; Landara can help teams engage on strategic issues, create alignment, build commitment together and generally work to enhance team effectiveness and to improve the execution skills of the organisation to ensure strategy is converted into action on time, to plan.
Leadership development
Landara is able to support company programmes on orientating new leaders into the business, and working to support the competency and behaviour “dictionary” to be in place to help deliver successful performance.
Specific presentation and leadership event participation
Leadership conferences and events are vital but challenging to get right; being clear on the conference theme; hitting the mark on presentation topics; focusing the “must win battles” for the organisation; getting the balance between internal and external perspectives; allowing enough time for discussion and yet get to “closure” on an issue; getting the participation right; Landara is able to provide event facilitation to help on such issues.
Board development and performance evaluation
How would you rate your own board of executive and non-executive directors? Are there clear measures of performance; does the board have the right balance of qualities and skills; what is the board’s contribution and impact on company performance. Landara will work with clients to address board development.
